If you are downloading free assets, you must attribute the contributor when using our assets. Please read the below instructions for the attribution.

You need to copy this text to give attribution to the contributor.

There are different cases where you need to add credit to the contributor, please refer below mentioned cases.

Websites Insert the attribution on the page where the icon is shown. This can be placed next to the assets or on the footer of the website.

Printed products Print the attribution on the final printed product.

Apps/Games Put the attribution on the credits/description page of the application.

Social Networks Put the attribution in the text description of the image.

How to use Unicons?

Unicons contains 1100+ scalable vector SVG icons in multiple styles. We're working hard to make Unicons available for many frameworks and libraries for developers, and multiple file types for designers. Currently, Unicons are available as Icon Font CSS, SVGs, Downloadable Fonts, and components for React, React Native and VueJS.

1. Use as CSS

It's easy to use Unicons on your website by just inserting following code inside the head section of your HTML page.

Using icons in HTML

You can head over to our Unicons Explore page and copy the HTML code from right side. For example, for facebook icon, you'll need to add below code in your HTML.

2. Using as SVG

If you're a designer then it's always great to have SVG files. You can download SVGs from Official Unicons Website or download Icondrop to access these icons right into Sketch, Adobe Xd, Adobe Illustrator, and many more.

How to use Iconscout plugin?

How to insert the Design asset using Iconscout plugin?

Step 1: Click "Login with Web" to sign in to your account. It will take you to the Iconscout website, where you will be prompted to provide access to the tool after entering your credentials. You will be signed into your account after clicking Grant access.

Step 2: In the search bar, use keywords or a URL to find the asset.

Step 3: From the filter bar, you can also select a pack/individual asset for a certain search query.

Step 4: There are two options to add an asset to a page, slide, or canvas.

Option 1: To add an asset, simply click on it.

Simply click on the asset you want to add when you've finished your search. Following that, you'll find file format options that are similar. Choose the one you'd like to use and press the Insert button.

Option 2: Click on the eye button on the top right side of the asset.

You will see the asset’s larger preview.

What premium items I can download with my GitHub Student Developer Pack?

Iconscout is a community driven platform where thousands of creative artists share their work to users around the world. Many of those artists came forward and contributed their premium assets for free to use. This will help all the students who are working on their website, application, projects, and presentations to make it more creative and appealing.

Once you activate the offer, you can download 60 premium icons every month from our selected contributors. To see available premium icons under this pack, follow below steps:

Search for any icon
On the icon list page, make sure that SpecialScout filter on the top right corner is set to ON. This way it will only show you those premium icons which are available to download for you.

Take a look at this below example to understand the process.

Are there any limits in downloading free assets with this pack?

No, there is no limit while you download free icons, illustrations, and stock photos. The current Student Developer Pack is only for Premium icons. We will surely integrate premium illustrations and stock photos in the pack soon.

Iconscout Refund Policy

Refunds for Iconscout subscriptions

Once you subscribe to one of the Iconscout plans, the subscription will automatically renew. All the subscriptions are recurring; it means it will renew automatically. If you do not want the subscription then you need to cancel it from your Iconscout account. Iconscout is not responsible for unwanted subscription renewals out of customer's omission.
If you want to avoid being charged automatically for a new billing period, make sure to cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period.
You can get the full refund within 7 business days from the purchase date, if and when, you didn’t get to use the service, that is, you haven't downloaded any assets.
It is important that you send the refund request from the email address associated with your Iconscout account in order to authorize it.
Refunds for past transactions are not possible. For annual subscriptions, you should request a refund within 7 business days from the date of the subscription renewal.

Refunds for Credits

You can not get a refund for the credit amount even if you have not used it to purchase any icons.
Unused credits will expire in one year.

Other refunds

You will be refunded in situations when you are charged incorrectly due to technical problems and in case of fraudulent payments.
You are not eligible for any refunds in cases when Iconscout terminates your account due to the breach of our Terms of

Click on the Sign Up with GitHub button. By clicking on it, it will take you to GitHub platform. Once you login there with right credentials. It will take you back on Iconscout and your plan will be activated.
